Ramen Noodle Coleslaw Recipe
Every Labor Day weekend, I get together with my old college friends. As we are all now spread out over the country, we like to reunite for fun times together by reminiscing about old times and making new memories. We rent a large house and share making meals for breakfast and dinner. During the last get together Labor Day weekend, a friend made this Ramen noodle coleslaw during her turn at making dinner for everyone.
I fell in love with this side dish, so I had to remake it for the family when I got home who also loved it. The side dish has now become a staple for summer barbecues and summer dinner meals.

Cost to make this recipe.
I calculated the price of this recipe to be around $3.53 or $0.44 per serving size. As homesteaders, we can reduce this cost further because we grow broccoli, carrots, and green cabbage. Our homesteader cost is closer to $0.95 or $0.12 per serving size. That may be my most ridiculously lowest recipe price yet.
