Cast-Iron Skillet Chicken Cacciatore Recipe
Yum. Yum. Yummy! This rustic chicken cacciatore is made in a cast-iron skillet. It is not only easy to cook but also delicious to eat. It provides a satisfying warmth that is perfect for sharing. This dish features classic Italian seasonings like basil, oregano, and onion. It has an immense burst of great flavor. It doesn’t require a lot of ingredients, making it easy peasy. The tender chicken simmers perfectly in the savory tomato sauce. It absorbs all the aromatic herbs. Meanwhile, the colorful bell peppers add a delightful crunch and sweetness. The family and I truly love this recipe on colder nights. It brings everyone together around the table. It fills the home with enticing aromas and creates a wonderful atmosphere filled with laughter and good memories.
This recipe uses macaroni noodles as a base for the chicken. You can easily make this gluten-free with Gluten free Macaroni Noodles.
