Kiwi Marinated Steak with Fresh Strawberry-Kiwi Salsa Recipe
I love this recipe, kiwi marinated steak topped with fresh strawberry kiwi salsa. It is a clean eating kind of recipe and doesn’t have too many ingredients. I like to use a thick London broil for the meat, but you can use skirt steak, prime rib, strip steaks, or whatever you have.
It is also a wonderful summertime entrée recipe. Throw our marinated meat on a hot grill and toss your chopped fruit salsa on top with a side of a cold pasta salad and you now have a lovely backyard barbecue meal for the whole family.
Cost to make this recipe.
I calculated my steak and strawberry-kiwi salsa to cost around $12.83 or $3.21 per serving size. There are a few things I grow to help reduce the price further like the strawberries and jalapenos and making the onion and garlic powder. My homesteader cost is closer to $11.33 or $2.83 per serving size.
