Chipotle Pulled Pork Recipe with Homemade Ranch Dressing
This is the mother of all recipes, Mama’s chipotle pulled pork, slow cooked and topped with homemade creamy ranch dressing. It’s the type of meal that your stomach says, “Stop eating.” but your tongue says, “No, keep going.” You know you want a third helping.” Yeah, that was the battle I was having when we ate this scrumptious meal.
You can’t beat a slow cooker meal. It makes life easier to be able to make homemade chipotle barbecue sauce and creamy ranch dressing. The barbecue sauce is flavorful and tangy, with a hint of spice. If you want more spice, which goes great with the ranch dressing, just add more chipotle peppers. I had to curb the spice since I feed two small kids. And speaking of the ranch dressing…OMG! This was the first time making it homemade, and let me tell you, I will never ever buy store bought again. You can find the ranch seasoning in my previous post Homemade Spice and Herb Blends.
