In separate pots cook rice and broccoli accordingly. I like broccoli cooked until hot and soft.
Also heat up a large skillet or pot with about ½ to 1 inch of oil on medium heat.
Cut chicken breasts into bite size pieces and toss in a large bowl along with flour and cornstarch. Toss all the chicken pieces so they are coated properly.
When the oil is hot, toss in all coated chicken pieces and cook until the chicken pieces are browned. Remove and set aside on paper towels to remove excess oil.
Spicy Orange Sauce
In a medium size pot combine all spicy orange sauce ingredients together and heat up over medium heat. Keep over a low simmer for about 20 minutes.
When the sauce has thickened and reduce slightly, toss the fried chicken bites into the sauce.
Make plates up by adding cooked rice and broccoli and then top with sauced fried chicken bites. Enjoy hot.
