Cut zucchini in half lengthwise and spoon out all the seeds. Arrange in a casserole dish and bake for 10 minutes or until zucchini is soft at 350 °F.
While baking, cook chopped bacon in a skillet for 5 minutes then add the ground beef, Worcestershire sauce, and garlic powder. Cook until all the meat is brown.
Add ketchup, mustard, and heavy cream.
Take out zucchini from oven and fill it with the meat mixture. Then top with shredded cheddar cheese. Place back in oven and bake until cheese has melted. Top with tomatoes and enjoy.
