Chop up all vegetables and fruit and place in a small to medium size bowl. Toss with lemon or lime juice, cover bowl and keep in refrigerator for at least one hour or until needed.
Grilled Chicken
Season pounded chicken breasts with salt, pepper, garlic, and onion powders.
Grill chicken until done and no longer pink in the middle. Slice up and serve with chilled salsa. Can also serve over a bed of lettuce to make a chicken salad.
