Mince carrots and broccoli and mix together with ground chicken. Cover and place in refrigerator until needed.
In shallow bowl mix together breadcrumbs, seasonings, powdered sugar, and salt.
Heat up oil in a small fryer or deep pan. Form each chicken nugget in your hand, coat each in breadcrumb mixture and place to the side. Fry over medium heat in oil until coating is golden brown.
Remove from heat and place in a colander to drain the excess oil. Serve hot and enjoy.
TIP: Throw nuggets in casserole dish and put in oven at 200 °F to keep warm until ready to eat.
