Combine warm water, sugar, and yeast together in a bowl. Set aside and let yeast active and rise.
In a mixer, combine all other ingredients. Pour in yeast mixture that has risen.
Set mixer to low speed and knead with dough hook for 10 minutes.
Cover bowl and let rise for 30-40 minutes or until dough has doubled in size.
Punch dough down and divide into two halves.
To make same day
Spread out on greased pizza pan, cover and let rise until ready to use.
To freeze for later
Put each dough half into a freezer-safe plastic baggie and cover with towel for another 30-40 minutes. Place in freezer when dough has doubled in size again.
Thaw in refrigerator, spread out on pizza pan and let rise until ready to use.
