Prepare your pizza dough either from scratch or store bought. Spread it out on a baking sheet or pizza stone.
If you are using a baking sheet, baked dough for about 5 minutes before adding toppings. This will help cook the middle of the dough. You shouldn't have to do this with a stone.
Cut your bacon into ½ inch pieces and pan fry until cooked but not crispy. It will be cooked again in the oven.
Top the pizza with mozzarella cheese first and then lay sliced pears evenly on top. Sprinkle cooked bacon.
Put in the oven for about 10-15 minutes or until your dough is golden brown and the cheese has melted.
