Prepare biscuit dough and bake at 400 °F for 12 minutes or until golden brown.
In a medium skillet, sauté 2 tbsp. butter and minced carrots for 8 minutes. Next add onion and garlic to skillet and sauté for another 5 minutes.
In a large bowl, add cooked veggies, ground chicken, egg, breadcrumbs, paprika, and ground mustard.
Blend mixture well with mixer or hands. Form patties with hands.
Cook patties in greased skillet for 10 minutes on each side.
Assemble siders on biscuit and top with gravy. Serve and enjoy!
Maple Sauce
While cooking patties, make sweet maple gravy by melting 2 tbsp. butter in small pot on low heat. Add flour and whisk briefly.
Add milk slowly while whisking to thin out gravy. The gravy will gradually thicken and then add more milk until it has been all used up. Next add maple syrup.
Keep gravy warm on low heat and whisk occasionally.
