In a medium sauce pot, combine all barbecue sauce ingredients together and stir. Bring barbecue sauce to a rolling simmer on medium heat for 30 minutes.
Chop apples and put into slow cooker with lemon juice and ¼ cup brown sugar.
Trim chicken breasts and wrap each breast with 2 slices of bacon each.
Pour cooked barbecue sauce on top of apples in slow cooker and stir a few times. Lay wrapped chicken breast on top of barbecue sauce and apples.
Cook on low for 6 hours. Serve hot with your favorite side items.
