In a seasoned cast-iron skillet, sear 4 large boneless chicken breasts and set aside on a plate.
Melt 2 Tbsp. butter and add 2 cloves garlic, 6 oz. mushrooms, 1 Tbsp. dry basil, 1 Tbsp. dry oregano, and 1 Tbsp. dry minced onion in skillet. Cook for 5-7 minutes or until veggies are soft and fragrant.
Add 2 medium tomatoes and ¾ cup chicken broth. Simmer for about 15 minutes to reduce the liquid. Add chicken back to the skillet and cover with lid or foil.
Preheat an oven to 350 °F. Bake for one hour. Prepare and cook 1 lb macaroni noodles according to package and serve hot together.
