Over medium to high heat, sear pork tenderloin on all sides.
Add pork and chicken broth to slow cooker and cook on low for 6 hours.
After 6 hours, shred pork using two forks. It should be soft.
Make barbecue sauce by adding ketchup, honey, sugar, seasonings, Worcestershire, and chilies in a medium size pot. Bring to a boil and then reduce to a simmer for 30 minutes.
Pour barbecue sauce over pulled pork and cook for another 2 hours then serve with ranch dressing.
Ranch Dressing
Combine all ingredients together in medium bowl and mix. Add buttermilk ⅛ cup at a time depending on how thin you want it.
