Apple Cider Glazed Pork Loin Roast Recipe with Apples and Broccoli
My apple cider glazed pork roast is one fantastic dinner idea for the entire family. First, the roast’s cooked in one pot. I own a wonderful deep dish pan with a lid that works perfectly on the stovetop and the oven.
This pan is perfect to sear the two to three-pound pork loin on all sides. Then place all the remaining stock liquid along with the fruits and vegetables around it. The stock liquid makes a perfect braising liquid that cooks the pork roast tenderly. It also gives the vegetables and fruit a massive amount of flavor.

Also, the recipe is designated for four servings to make a complete meal at about $2.85. This includes meat, veggie, and fruit side dish. The amount of side dishes only serves four, but the meat you will more than likely have leftovers. These leftovers go great with my chipotle and apple butter pulled pork sandwiches or chipotle pulled pork with homemade ranch dressing.
