Grilled Chicken Recipe with Sriracha Apple Butter Sauce
Combine a great hot chili sauce like Sriracha sauce with a sweet cinnamon apple butter and BAMM! you have a terrific new topping for tender chicken breast or pork chops. My most favorite dipping sauce for to-date is honey with a few drops of Sriracha sauce. It gives a great sweet and hot side for egg rolls, lumpia (Filipino rolls), or chicken tenders. From that dipping sauce, I came up with adding apple butter to Sriracha and topping it on chicken for a great main entrée. I love that I can use my Apple Butter recipe for dinner and more then just a breakfast biscuit topping. It is also a very simple recipe with just a few ingredients that make an action packed party in your mouth.
