Instructions
Sriracha Apple Butter
Sauté onions on medium heat in butter until soft and fragrant; about 5 minutes. Add chicken stock, apple butter, and Sriracha sauce. Mix well.
Reduce heat to low. Simmer and reduce to thicken for about 20-30 minutes.
Taste often to find your spice level. My tip is add small amounts of Sriracha until it reaches your liking.
Grilled Chicken
Pound chicken breast evenly. Sprinkle breasts with seasonings; garlic, salt, pepper, and paprika.
Grill for 10-15 minutes on each side then top chicken with sauce and enjoy.
