Vegetable Noodle Soup with Chicken: A Mama’s Leftover Series Recipe
This is a great versatile soup. First, I use leftovers from my whole chicken or turkey to put in the soup. The soup broth is a homemade chicken or turkey stock made from simmer the leftover chicken or turkey bones. And I put any veggies I have on hand from fresh to my canned stock from the spring or summer before.
