Preheat oven at 350 °F and grease a Bundt or angel food cake pan.
Blend 2 cups white granulated sugar and 1 stick butter until smooth. Add all liquid ingredients (1 tsp. vanilla extract, 1 tbsp. banana extract, and ½ cup milk) and 3 large eggs plus 1 large over ripe banana to sugared butter mixture and mix until smooth.
Add 1 tsp. baking powder and 3 cups all purpose flourix until smooth.
Pour batter in Bundt or Angel food cake pan. Bake for 50-60 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean.
