Sweet Chili Chicken Burgers with Spicy Pineapple Slaw
Sweet chili chicken burgers are an easy and fast change up to the regular beef burger. Topped with sweet and spicy Sriracha pineapple coleslaw is perfect.
Blend together first 3 ingredients in a blender or use an immersion blender.
Shred or chop all veggies and add to sauce in a large bowl.
Cover and put in refrigerator for at least 4 hours.
Chicken Burgers
Blend together all ingredients together, cover and set in refrigerator for at least 4 hours.
Form for burger patties with hands. You can make 6-8 smaller slider size burger if necessary.
In skillet, cook patties over medium-high heat 6 to 9 minutes, turning once or until meat thermometer inserted in center of chicken patties reads 165°F.
Place cooked patty on bread, brush on a little more sweet chili sauce if you want, top with pineapple slaw and cover with second part of roll.
