Baked Oatmeal
Mix together all ingredients except for apples and rolled oats.
Chop apples and fold in both apples and rolled oats. Pour into a greased 8x8 pan and let sit in refrigerator for at least an hour or overnight.
When ready to make, preheat oven to 350 °F and bake uncovered for 1 hour. Remove from oven and let cool for 5 minutes before cutting into.
Brown Sugar Syrup
Combine all ingredients together in a saucepan and cook over medium heat, stirring often. Cook until mixture thickens in about 5 minutes.
Serve hot over baked oatmeal and enjoy.
