Beer N' Brat Macaroni and Cheese

Instructions
Cook elbow pasta accordingly, drain and set aside.
In a large skillet, sauté chopped bratwurst, onion, and peppers until meat is cooked and veggies are soft over medium high heat.
Reduce heat and pour half of the bottle of beer and braise brats and veggies in beer for 10 minutes.
In a large pot, melt butter and whisk in flour until all the lumps are gone.
Pour in the rest of the beer and whisk until mixture thickens.
Whisk in milk and heat to let thicken. Add cheese and stir to melt.
Stir in bratwurst and veggie and cooked pasta into cheese sauce. Serve hot and enjoy.
