Instructions
Throw potatoes, brats, and onions on the grill and cook accordingly. You may need to put the potatoes on first and cook the everything else later.
In a medium saucepan, melt butter and whisk in flour over low-medium heat. Butter should thicken.
Slowly add beer and cook for about 2 minutes to cook off alcohol.
Slowly add milk and whisk until all smooth. Add all cheeses and salt. Stir often until melted.
Cut open cooked potatoes and top with onions, bratwurst cut up, and beer cheese sauce.
