Instructions
Steam or boil chopped carrots until soft. Puree along with apple sauce, pineapple, and seasonings. Stir in coconut.
Pour onto a greased sheet and either bake at 135 °F in the oven or put into a dehydrator at 135 °F for 6-8 hours or until leather is soft, dry and still pliable but not sticky.
Let the fruit leather cool completely then cut and store in an air tight container.
