Instructions
Crust
Mix together all dry ingredients in a bowl. Cut in butter and mix until mixture is crumbly.
Preheat oven to 350 °F. Lightly grease a 9x13 baking pan. Press crust into baking pan and bake for 10 minutes.
Fruit Filling
Beat together eggs, brown sugar, and extract. Next add in flour and baking powder.
Fold in coconut, fruit, and pecans. Spread fruit mixture on top of baked crust.
Bake at 350 °F for 20-25 minutes. When done take out of oven and let completely cool.
