Instructions
Rehydrate dried beans either overnight or heat up in water and bring to a boil until soft.
In a skillet, brown chopped sausage and chicken breast together until completely cooked.
In a slow cooker combine cooked meat, cider, stock, onion, garlic, and all seasonings. Set on low for 6 hours.
Thirty minutes before serving, add in the chopped apples then serve. If you want softer apples let them simmer longer. If you want crispier apple bites, add right before serving.
