Chipotle Pork
In a bowl mix cider, broth, garlic, and pepper together.
For a slow cooker, place pork and all other ingredients in cooker. Set cooker to low and cook for 6-8 hours. Pull apart with two forks to shred and keep warm in liquid.
For a pressure cooker, place pork and other ingredients in and set to high. Cook for 30 minutes. Pull apart with two forks to shred and keep warm in liquid.
Apple Butter Slaw
In a large bowl combine apple butter and vinegar together.
Cut and shredded all veggies/fruit and put into bowl with apple butter sauce. Toss together, cover and store in refrigerator for at least 2-4 hours. You can make this slaw the night before as well.
