Instructions
In a large bowl, whisk together the first 7 ingredients and then fold in the oats. Set aside.
In a small bowl, stir together brown sugar, butter, and cinnamon and set aside.
Grease an 8x8 baking dish and smooth ⅓ of oat mixture in the bottom of pan.
Next layer ½ of the brown sugar mixture, then another ⅓ of oat, the last of brown sugar, and top with the remaining oat mixture.
Cover and put in fridge for at least 2 hours or overnight.
Bake oatmeal at 350°F for 40 minutes.
Blend up some powder sugar and cream cheese for an optional topping.
