Instructions
Cook pasta accordingly, drain and set aside.
In a medium pot, cook bacon, onions, carrots, and garlic until bacon is cooked through. Whisk in flour and cook for another minute on low.
Slowly add milk and cook a little longer to thicken sauce. Add cheeses and peas. Cook for a little longer and keep warm. Serve over pasta.
