Instructions
Preheat oven to 325 °F and grease 8 x 8 casserole dish.
In a sauce pot, melt butter and combine breadcrumbs. Stir until all is mixed. Take off heat.
Combine remaining ingredients. Keep egg to last so it doesn't cook and scramble. Stir mixture until all is evenly combined.
Pour mixture into greased casserole dish and bake for 45-50 minutes.
