Instructions
Grind 1 cup of dry mustard seed in a grinder or pestle and mortar until you obtain more of a powder form.
In a quart mason jar, combine all ingredients together, stir, and cover to set overnight for mustard seeds to rehydrate.
Prepare water bath canner, equipment, and jars with lids and rings.
Next day, blend all ingredients in a blender until thick and smooth. Pour mixture into large sauce pot and heat up.
Ladle mustard into hot jelly jars with a ½ inch headspace, de-bubble jar, wipe rims, put on lid and rings, and process for 10 minutes.
