Instructions
Make the gravy in a medium sauce pot. Melt butter and sweat onions and garlic. Whisk in flour and until a smooth paste is made.
Add in Worcestershire sauce and beef stock. Whisk to incorporate all ingredients and then let simmer until gravy thickens.
Either heat up leftover mashed potatoes or make enough instant mashed potatoes for four servings; about 2 cups.
Warm up roast beef in microwave or lay out on a baking sheet and heat up in the oven for 5 minutes.
To serve, lay out one piece of bread, scoop on top with mashed potatoes using an ice cream scoop. Then fold on some roast beef and finally top with a healthy portion of beef gravy.
