Instructions
Blend all liquid ingredients; oil, eggs, juice, extract, and sugar until blended.
Add flour, cinnamon, nutmeg, soda, salt, and blend until smooth and completely mixed.
Fold in chopped apples and pecans.
Pour into greased Bundt pan and bake on 300 °F for 1 hour 20 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean.
Remove from oven and let cool completely before cutting into.
