Meatballs
Combine all ingredients together until meat is well mixed.
Make meatballs about a tablespoon large and place them in an 8x13 casserole dish.
Bake uncovered in the oven at 375 degrees for 30-40 minutes or until meatballs are cooked through.
Stroganoff
While meatballs are baking, boil egg noodles accordingly and start the sauce in a large skillet.
Melt 1 tablespoon of your ½ stick butter and sauté minced onions and dry parsley.
Add the remaining butter to melt and then add flour. Heat flour on low and cook for a few minutes.
Slowly whisk in beef broth, heavy cream, and sour cream. Heat on medium to thicken up. Add salt and then toss in cooked chicken meatballs.
Layer all together and eat hot.
