Instructions
Preheat oven 375 °F and prepare a loaf pan.
Knead all ingredients together except for the extra ketchup in a large bowl until everything is incorporated.
Press meat mixture in a bread loaf pan and spread extra ketchup on top. Bake for one hour uncovered.
Let stand for at least 10 minutes before cutting into it.
