Instructions
In a large bowl, combine dry bread stuffing and chicken broth together until all the stuffing is moist.
Then add all other ingredients and mix until meatloaf is uniformly mixed. Shape into a loaf form or put into bread loaf pan.
Bake at 375 °F for 90 minutes or until meatloaf has cooked completely through.
Because of the applesauce, the meatloaf will be very moist in texture and visually.
Take out of oven and let rest for at least 15 minutes before cutting into it.
