Instructions
Preheat oven to 400 °F. In a large bowl, soak sliced leek in ice water for 10 minutes to clean.
Spread out pizza dough on stone or pan. Drizzle pizza dough with 1 tbsp. olive oil
In a large skillet, sauté 1 tbsp. olive oil, drained leeks, and garlic for about 10 minutes on low medium heat.
Add maple syrup and cook for another minute.
Add maple leek mixture, cooked pulled pork, and cheeses to pizza.
Bake for 15 minutes or until bubbly and hot. Drizzle on BBQ sauce before eating.
