Instructions
Sprinkle salt and pepper over pork chops.
In a large skillet, heat up half the oil and brown pork chops on each side. Once cooked, remove from pan and set aside.
Add the rest of the oil to the pan and then sauté onions for a few minutes over medium heat.
Add marmalade, mustard, and orange juice to pan. Whisk together and bring to a slow boil over medium heat. Boil for 5-6 minutes.
Return pork chops to pan, cover, and heat for 10 minutes. Serve hot with marmalade sauce over pork chops.
