Tangy BBQ Sauce
Place all ingredients barbecue sauce ingredients in a large pot and bring to a low boil. Stir often and let barbecue sauce simmer for about 30 minutes. Take of heat and let cool for later.
Meatloaf
Blend all meatloaf ingredients together and press meatloaf mixture in a bread loaf pan.
Preheat oven to 325 °F. Cover meatloaf with aluminum foil. Place meatloaf pan in another larger casserole dish. Fill the larger casserole dish with about 1 inch of water around the meatloaf.
Bake covered meatloaf for in water for 45 minutes then remove from oven and uncover. Bake meatloaf uncovered for another 45 minutes.
Mashed Potatoes
While meatloaf is baking, peel and wash potatoes. Cut potatoes in large pieces to boil faster.
Place potatoes in large pot of water and bring to a boil. Drain water when potatoes are soft. Mash potatoes with stick of butter, cream, heavy, and chives.
Plate the dish
Fifteen before serving, broil or bake garlic bread slices. Top baked bread with a hot slice of meatloaf then a large scoop of mashed potatoes and drizzled with barbecue sauce.
