Instructions
Pie Crust
Mix together flour, sugar, and salt.
With hands, blend butter into flour mixture until it becomes combined. Add water and blend with hands until texture is smooth.
Roll out immediately and set in baking pie dish.
With a fork poke holes into bottom of dough to release air when baked and set aside.
Streusel Topping
Melt butter in a bowl and add oats, coconut, and sugar. Mix together and set aside.
Make Pie
Pour pie filling into pie crust. Using a pie shield, bake at 350 °F for 30 minutes.
Top pie with streusel topping and bake for another 30 minutes or until topping is golden brown but not burned.
Remove from oven and let cool completely before cutting into.
