Instructions
Cut up ripe pineapple in small chunks and put in a large mason jar. Maybe two if necessary.
Fill mason jar with vodka, until all fruit is covered by vodka.
Cover mason jar and let seep for about one month. Shake up jar every day or so.
Strain vodka from pineapples.
Make simple syrup after a month by heating up water and sugar in a saucepot over medium heat and stir until all the sugar dissolves.
Remove from heat and let cool for about 30 minutes.
Add cool simple syrup to strained vodka and store in refrigerator and enjoy.
