Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 °F and combine all the seasonings in a small bowl and mix together.
Pound pork chops and sprinkle seasoning mixture evenly over all four pork chops.
Heat a skillet on medium-high heat and sear pork chops on both sides.
Either put an oven safe skillet with pork chops in the oven or transfer pork chops to a baking dish.
Top pork chops with pineapple and bake for 30 minutes uncovered.
After 30 minutes, take pork out of oven and sprinkle brown sugar over pineapple.
Broil baking dish on high until brown sugar bubbles and browns over pineapple. Don't walk away, it will happen fast. Take out of oven and serve hot.
