Instructions
Slow Cooker Pork
Prepare pork chops or pork tenderloin with rosemary, salt, and pepper.
Put pork into greased slow cooker. Cook for about 4 hours for pork chops and 6 hours for pork tenderloin.
Balsamic Blueberries
When pork has finished cooking, prepare sauce by adding all ingredients except for blueberries to a small sauce pot.
Bring sauce to a boil and stir often until thicken. May take a few minutes.
Reduce heat and add blueberries. Cook for another few minutes until blueberries heat up.
Serve over cooked pork.
