Instructions
Sprinkle the chuck roast with salt and sear on all sides on high heat.
For a slow cooker mix onion, vinegar, sugar, and water. Put seared meat on top and cook for 6-7 hours.
For a pressure cooker, mix onion, vinegar, sugar, and water in bottom. Put seared meat on top and cook on high for 30 minutes.
Serve with your favorite German side dishes and enjoy.
