Instructions
Grease an 8 inch springform pan with parchment.
Beat all ingredients until smooth except for pie filling, powdered sugar, and heavy cream.
Pour half the cake mixture in greased pan. Spread pie filling on top of cake mixture. Top with the remaining cake mixture.
Bake at 350 °F for 40 minutes.
Take out of oven when finished and let sit in pan until cool.
Whisk powdered sugar and heavy cream until desired consistency. Drizzle over top of cooled coffee cake. Slice and enjoy.
