Instructions
Combine all ingredients in a large bowl.
Form patties with your hands. Place on a cookie sheet and put in the fridge.
Heat up a fryer or pan of oil.
Place chilled patties in the oil with a slotted spoon and fry for about 3 minutes on each side or until all sides are golden brown.
Take out of oil and lay on a paper towel to remove the oil.
Serve plain or with your favorite sauce. Any sauce goes with these fritters.
