Hours before, put dry beans in large bowl of boiling water and let sit covered. After a few hours, bring more water to a boil in a pot and cook for about 20 minutes.
Rinse wild rice under cold water until water runs clear. Place in a separate pot and add vegetable broth and spices. Stir, cover, and cook over low-medium heat until rice is soft but not mushy.
Now sauté potatoes, garlic, peppers, onion, and corn on medium heat for about 10 minutes or until sweet potatoes are soft.
Fill tortillas with mixture and favorite fixings and enjoy.
