Instructions
Cook rice accordingly with a 1:2 rice to water ratio.
In a bowl, mix salsa, brown sugar, mushrooms, and corn together. Trim any fat off the chicken breast.
In a casserole dish lay out chicken breasts and pour salsa mixture on top.
Bake in oven at 350 °F for 30 minutes uncovered. Serve hot over rice or noodles
